1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Adarsha Motors Private Limited ("Adarsha TVS," "we," "us," or "our") regarding the purchase, service, and use of TVS vehicles and related services.

2. Vehicle Purchase Terms

2.1 Pricing and Offers

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Prices exclude registration, insurance, road tax, and other statutory charges
• Special offers and discounts are valid for a limited period only
• Exchange bonus offers are subject to vehicle inspection and valuation

2.2 Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable booking amount is required to reserve a vehicle
• Full payment must be made before vehicle delivery
• We accept cash, cheque, demand draft, and online transfers
• Cheque payments require clearance before vehicle delivery

2.3 Delivery

• Delivery timelines are approximate and subject to manufacturer supply
• Vehicle registration must be completed before or at the time of delivery
• Free accessories or gifts are part of promotional offers only
• Delivery inspection is mandatory before taking possession

3. Warranty and Service

3.1 Manufacturer Warranty

• All TVS vehicles come with standard manufacturer warranty
• Warranty terms are as specified by TVS Motor Company
• Warranty is void if service schedule is not followed
• Unauthorized modifications may void the warranty

3.2 Service Terms

• Free services are limited to labor charges only
• Consumables and replacement parts are chargeable
• Service coupons are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Regular service intervals must be maintained

4. Finance and Insurance

4.1 Finance Assistance

• We provide assistance with vehicle financing through partner banks/NBFCs
• Loan approval is subject to financial institution's terms
• Processing fees and documentation charges apply
• Interest rates are determined by the financing institution

4.2 Insurance

• Insurance coverage is mandatory as per Indian law
• We facilitate insurance through partner companies
• Premium rates are subject to insurance company policies
• Claim settlement is handled by the insurance provider

5. Return and Refund Policy

Please note the following important points regarding returns and refunds:

• Booking amounts are generally non-refundable
• Vehicle returns are not accepted after delivery
• Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 15-30 working days
• Service-related refunds are processed as per service terms
• Accessory returns are accepted within 7 days with original packaging

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information:

• We collect necessary information for vehicle registration and service
• Your data is shared only with authorized agencies (RTO, Banks, Insurance)
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties
• You may opt out of marketing communications at any time

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for delays caused by manufacturers or suppliers
• We are not responsible for traffic violations or accidents
• Vehicle performance may vary based on usage and maintenance
• Mileage figures are as per standard test conditions

7.2 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, lockouts, riots, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hanamkonda, Telangana
• English version of these terms shall prevail
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
